Order And Rules

Scientific articles, analyses, comments and opinions should correspond to the main content of publications in scientific disciplines and/or specialties. During publication, all materials related to its theme are reviewed by experts in the relevant field. All reviewers assessing materials are qualified specialists in the field corresponding to the material’s theme. Reviews are stored in electronic form by the editorial board. The journal editors send reviewers’ comments or recommendations based on them to authors for editing.
The procedure for submitting scientific articles to the journal:

1. You submit your article to the editorial office via Telegram messenger or email.
2. Your article is sent to members of the editorial board for review by specialists in the relevant field.
3. We await a positive review and, if the review is positive, prepare the article for publication.
4. We publish your article in the current issue of the journal.
