Determining the impact of serving requests with a default sequence on server performance

Abstract

Server devices are one of the most significant instruments for handling remote service requests. As a result, measuring the efficacy of its service is one of the most important aspects of properly organizing the work process. This study article looks at the impact of the usual method of serving requests on server performance and examines the findings during request congestion. In addition, this technique examines request service models to determine server efficiency in service. The findings revealed that at peak hours, the traditional method of providing requests lost more than 40% of all user requests.
