Abstract

This article examines the economic and strategic importance of organizing large multimodal transport and logistics centers in Uzbekistan as “dry ports”, and also to learn the concept of “dry ports”. Also, based on international experience, the directions and prospects for modernizing the logistics system in the country are outlined. The article contains proposals aimed at accelerating trade processes through “dry ports”, reducing transport costs, and supporting the economic growth of the region.
