Yuqori mustahkamlikka ega bo‘lgan cho‘yandan D49 turidagi dizel dvigateli qopqog‘ini quyma usulda olish uchun qumli qolip va sterjen aralashmasini tayyorlash texnologiyasini takomillashtirish
Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada yuqori mustahkamlikka ega bo‘lgan cho‘yandan D49 turidagi dizel dvigateli qopqog‘ini quyma usulda olish uchun qumli qolip va sterjen aralashmasini tayyorlash texnologiyasini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida qolip va sterjen aralashmalarining tarkibi, ularning fizik-mexanik xossalari hamda texnologik ko‘rsatkichlari chuqur o‘rganilib, amaliy sinovlar orqali ularning optimal tarkibi aniqlangan. Xususan, qolip va sterjen aralashmalarini tayyorlashda quyidagi xomashyolardan foydalanilgan: Zirkofluid 3139 KBV (zirkoniy silikat va izopropanol asosidagi kuyishga qarshi qoplama), T03 qotiruvchisi, Alfabond 6 smolasi, Novanol 165 (5–6%) bilan ishlov berilgan kvars qumi (98–100%), suyuq shisha (10–12%) va texnik suv (2%). Sterjen aralashmasida yuqori faollikka ega bog‘lovchi moddalar qo‘llanilgan bo‘lib, bu esa quyma shaklining aniq va silliq bo‘lishini ta’minlagan. Olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijasida yuqori sifatli va mustahkam quyma mahsulotlarini olish imkonini beruvchi samarali texnologik еchimlar ishlab chiqildi.
