This article gives the global development processes in the electric vehicle manufacturing market and the technical characteristics of their structural structure are analyzed. The study provides a scientific basis for the development of electric vehicles, from production to operation technologies, power transmission systems, battery development stages, energy efficiency indicators, and safety capabilities. At the same time, the economic factors affecting the electric vehicle market, the role of state policy, environmental requirements imposed on them, and processes related to consumer needs are considered. In the design of electric vehicles, practical analyses have been developed on the types of electric motors, the improvement of control electronics, the regenerative braking system, and the general structure of the chassis. The results obtained are aimed at identifying the main factors affecting the development of the electric vehicle market and serve to determine the directions of constructive improvement aimed at increasing technical and economic efficiency.
