Technology for replacing inventory rails with rail bundles using attachments

Abstract

The article discusses the issue of laying rail tracks using attachments for excavators on combined travel. The disadvantages of existing roller rail grippers are described. A technology is proposed for replacing inventory rails with tracks using attachments with extended functionality. The sequence of work using the proposed technology is described in detail. The proposed technology for replacing rail tracks reduces the duration of work and ensures that the rail tracks are fixed at the optimum temperature without the need for additional resources associated with forcing them to the optimum fixing temperatures, which ensures a higher level of safety in the operation of continuous welded rail.
