One of the important factors of improving the quality of service in public transport is the study of the flow of passengers, bus travel times at intermediate stops and their organizers. In the article, the authors analyzed the methods of calculating the flow of passengers, the formation of bus travel times at intermediate stops, and developed indicators representing the distribution of travel times and their constituents.
