Abstract

The article presents data on the analysis of labor condition maps compiled for the hygienic assessment of working conditions for tank car washers at the Altyaryk wagon washing facility. The overall hygienic assessment of working conditions for employees at tank car washing sites corresponds to class 3.3. Workplace-specific guarantees and preferences have been identified: the duration of annual additional leave for tank car washers should range from 7 to 12 days. Their position, with the required general and specialized work experience, is included in the 3rd list of positions that grant the right to retire 5 years earlier than the generally established age. The fatigue level is 16%, while work capacity is 84% compared to that under favorable conditions. Based on these working conditions, tank car washers are entitled to an additional 12% bonus (compensation) to their monthly base salary.
