Abstract

This article analyzes existing methods for calculating the structural strength of shallow-depth metro stations with domed roofs. It examines the loads that occur during the design and construction of tunnels, methods for detecting defects, and the application of modern calculation techniques, particularly the finite element method. The research results enable the construction of more durable and economically efficient metro facilities.
