In particular, the challenges of maintaining documents in paper form, the risk of data loss, excessive time consumption, and errors are discussed. To address these issues, the necessity of automating the personal work plan process is substantiated. Additionally, the article highlights how automation can simplify document circulation, increase management efficiency based on a database, and expand monitoring capabilities. The research results demonstrate that transferring the personal work plan to an electronic format is an important step toward modernizing the activities of educational institutions.
