Abstract

The article discusses the basic principles and conditions for using the latest underground navigation system. For the first time in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a tunnel mechanized complex (TMC) - a movable prefabricated metal structure manufactured by Herrenknecht, a leading global manufacturer of tunneling machinery, manufactured in Germany - was used in the underground construction of Tashkent metro stations. The advantages and disadvantages of the underground navigation system of any diameter from 0.10 to 19 m under any engineering-geological conditions are shown, and conclusions are drawn about the prospects for its application. The regularities of the development of technical aspects of geodetic automation related to general historical trends are considered.
