Abstract

There are numerous factors that influence the effectiveness of urban public transport infrastructure. Determining the extent to which these factors affect performance is of great importance in shaping transport policy. Therefore, this study develops a methodology for integrated assessment of transport infrastructure based on expert evaluations of seven key indicators. The proposed methodology encompasses all stages of evaluation — from determining the required number of respondents to calculating the influence of each factor and deriving the final integrated score.
